About Ram
Ram has walked the Kedarnath trail more times than he can count, in every season the route allows. He grew up in Garhwal, speaks the local dialect, and reads the mountain weather the way people in the plains read a train timetable.
He is the guide we send with families attempting Kedarnath and Yamunotri for the first time. He sets a slow, deliberate pace, watches for the early signs of altitude sickness, and has turned groups back when the mountain called for it — which is exactly why we trust him with the route.
