Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking at least 15–20 days in advance for domestic tours and 30–45 days for Nepal tours. During peak seasons (Oct–Mar) and major festivals, please book well in advance.
We require 30% advance at booking confirmation. The remaining 70% is paid before the tour. We accept bank transfers, UPI, cash, and all major credit/debit cards.
- 30+ days before tour: 10% charge
- 15–29 days: 25% charge
- 7–14 days: 50% charge
- Less than 7 days: 75% charge
- Within 48 hours/no-show: No refund
General
October to March is ideal for most pilgrimage destinations in North India. For Char Dham, May to October is best. Avoid peak summer (April–June) for plains.
Nepal Tours
Indian citizens need a valid passport to visit Nepal (visa is not required). The passport should have minimum 6 months validity from the travel date. We assist with all border crossing formalities.
Package Details
Standard packages include: AC transportation, accommodation, breakfast, sightseeing as per itinerary, driver allowances, toll taxes, and parking. Lunch/dinner, entry fees, and personal expenses are extra.
Absolutely! We specialize in customized tours. You can modify destinations, duration, hotel category, meal plans, and activities according to your preferences and budget.
Yes! Experienced local guides are available at major destinations. They are knowledgeable about temple history, rituals, and local customs. For Nepal tours, a guide is mandatory and included.
