We require a 30% advance payment at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 70% can be paid before the tour starts. We accept bank transfers, UPI, cash, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment receipts are provided for all transactions.

Cancellation charges: 30+ days before tour - 10% of total cost; 15-29 days - 25%; 7-14 days - 50%; Less than 7 days - 75%. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of tour start or no-shows. In case of emergencies, we try to reschedule your tour to a later date with minimal charges.

Yes, experienced local guides are available at major destinations. They are knowledgeable about temple history, rituals, and local customs. Guide services can be added to any package at an additional cost. For Nepal tours, a guide is mandatory and included in the package.

We offer various vehicle options: Sedan (Dzire, Etios) for 2-3 people, SUV (Innova, Ertiga) for 4-6 people, and Tempo Traveller/Arvania for 10-17 people. All vehicles are well-maintained, air-conditioned, and driven by experienced, verified drivers.

Yes! We have extensive experience handling tours for senior citizens. We ensure comfortable pacing, frequent rest stops, hotels with elevators/ground floor rooms, wheelchair accessibility where needed, and special dietary arrangements. Standard packages include breakfast (usually at the hotel). Lunch and dinner can be added at additional cost. We can arrange pure vegetarian meals, Jain meals, or any special dietary requirements. We recommend clean, hygienic restaurants along the route.

Yes! Room sharing is common in group tours and significantly reduces costs. We typically arrange twin/triple sharing rooms for families and groups. Single occupancy is available at additional charges. Please specify your preference at the time of booking.
